REFUND POLICY

Kilted Squirrel has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return the product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and the corresponding order number.

All refunds will be honored at the original purchase price.

You can contact us at 2[email protected] to start a return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. Should you need another size, please request a return/refund, send the item back and we can assist in helping you place a new order with the correct sizing.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please report all damaged shipments or problems with your order as soon as possible by reaching out to [email protected] referencing your order number and we will help problem solve the best we can. Photos are always helpful!

REFUNDS
